Cherry Chia Smoothie

Prep time: 2 minutes

Yields: 2 people

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup frozen Cherries
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Banana (peeled cut into 2 inch pieces and frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 cup Water (plus more if needed)
