Vegetable Smoothie Recipe

Prep time: 2 minutes

Yields: 2 people

Ingredients: 

  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 6 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions: 

  1. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth. Serves 1-2
