Hummus

Ingredients:
1 lbs Can Chick peas
1 pinch Sea Salt 
4 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 or 2 Fresh Lemon (Squeezed), Start with 1, add 2 after trying if needed 
2 or 3 Tbs Sesame Tahini, Start with 2, add 3 after trying if needed
3 Gloves Garlic (Keep whole and Blanch for 5mn in Boiling Water)
Water

Mix in a bowl (Except for the water), then into High Speed Mixer, add water until the puree is smooth, try it and see the taste.
