Honey Lemon Dressing

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chopped basil
1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and pepper, to taste

In small bowl whisk the lemon juice with the zest, honey and basil. Whisk in extra virgin olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper.
